Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Humpare (Human Compare) mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our body parameter comparison platform. Humpare is currently provided free of charge and enables users to create detailed profiles, compare parameters with others, and build personal comparison lists.

Service Description

Humpare provides a comprehensive body parameter comparison platform through our mobile application. Our service allows you to create detailed profiles where you can input 15+ body parameters including height, weight, body composition metrics (body fat percentage, muscle percentage, bone mass percentage), and body measurements (shoulder width, bicep circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference).

Profile Creation and Management

You can create and manage your complete profile including personal information, profile photos (up to 3 photos), and biographical information. The platform enables you to select from 6 visual appearance traits using image-based selection including eye color (brown, blue, green, grey, light variations), face shape (oval, rectangle, square, round, heart, diamond, triangle), hair color, skin tone, hair type, and body type with gender-specific variations.

Comparison and Filtering Features

Our comprehensive filtering system allows you to discover users through age ranges, gender selection, parameter sliders organized into expandable categories (Physical, Body Composition, Measurements, Appearance), and visual appearance selection. The comparison features enable detailed parameter comparisons between users, showing similarity scores and statistical analysis. You can build and manage your personal comparison lists, displaying user cards with key parameters, ages, and profile information.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information throughout the platform. This includes honest parameter input, accurate appearance selections, and authentic profile information. Inaccurate data affects not only your personal comparisons but also the quality of the platform for other users.

By participating in our platform, you agree to use the comparison features responsibly and respect other users' privacy. You must maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Medical Disclaimer and Health Information

Important: Humpare is for informational comparison purposes only and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Our platform is not a medical device. The comparisons and statistics provided show how you measure against other users but do not indicate health status or medical conditions.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice and health-related decisions. The parameter data you input and the comparisons generated are for informational purposes only. In case of medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately.

Data Rights and Ownership

You own your personal health and appearance data entered into our platform. You have the right to choose which parameters to share, control who can add you to their comparison lists, export your data at any time, and delete your account and all associated data. You can modify or remove any information through the platform's settings and profile management features.

We retain limited rights to operate the platform, aggregate anonymous data for population comparisons, improve our comparison algorithms, protect platform security and integrity, and moderate content for appropriate use. Your data is used to power the filtering functionality, enable user discovery, provide comparison statistics, and support the overall community comparison experience.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and accurate comparison platform, you agree not to submit false or misleading health data, attempt to identify other users from comparison data, reverse engineer our comparison algorithms, use the platform for unauthorized research purposes, interfere with platform security or functionality, or violate other users' privacy rights.

Misuse of any platform features including filtering, comparison, or profile management tools may result in account suspension or termination. We monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with these terms and maintain service quality for all users.

Platform Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate population comparisons through our platform and filtering features, comparison accuracy depends on the quality and diversity of data contributed by our user community. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of all submitted parameter data or appearance information.

Population statistics displayed throughout the platform are based on available user data and may not represent all demographics equally. Smaller demographic groups may have limited comparison data, which could affect the accuracy of percentile rankings and similarity scores shown in comparison features.

Account Management and Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy, though previously contributed anonymous statistics may remain in our database to maintain historical comparison accuracy for other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including misuse of platform features, providing false information, or engaging in prohibited activities. If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and opportunity for users to export their data.
